Congratulations on taking the brave, first step in your healing journey. Whatever has brought you here, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, disconnected, stuck or simply aware that something doesn't feel quite right, you are welcome here.
My approach is holistic, compassionate and nervous system-informed. I believe that healing is not simply about talking through problems; it is about understanding how our experiences live within our minds, bodies and nervous systems.
Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing through, holding everything together for everyone else, overthinking, over-functioning, people-pleasing or feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, freeze or shutdown. Often they know something needs to change, but they don't know where to begin.
Before exploring deeper emotions, patterns or past experiences, we focus on helping you understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body and develop tools that help you feel more grounded, present and supported in everyday life.
I work collaboratively with you, recognising that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion and understanding as you reconnect with yourself.

I believe that every response your nervous system has developed has served a purpose at some point in your life.
Many of the patterns that now feel frustrating or exhausting were once ways of coping, adapting and surviving. Together we can begin to understand those patterns with curiosity rather than judgement.
My commitment is to provide a safe, supportive and compassionate space where you can be honest with yourself, explore your experiences at your own pace and gradually build trust in your ability to support yourself.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

As a Reiki Master, I am able to offer you online, distance or face to face reiki healing services. Our face to face sessions would have to be seated as my room isn't able to fit a table in. However, this won't affect the treatment you will recieve - Reiki always knows where it needs to go. If you would like to know more about how Reiki can support you in your life please feel free to email me.
I am a qualified Breathwork Coach and am on my journey to become an EFT Practitioner. In which I will be able to offer as separate sessions or as part of your therapeutic journey.
As a highly sensitive person myself, I have a special interest in energy healing and working on a somatic level to help empower you, to reconnect to your authenticity and remove blockages that may be in your way.

Additional information
The discovery call is free and usually lasts around 20 minutes.
The initial assessment session will last 50 minutes and will be £65, each subsequent session thereafter will cost £65 and last for 50 minutes. Sessions are available on a fortnightly basis.
