About me

Hello, my name is Ndidi Ndubishi, and I’m a UK-based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist specialised in OCD, trauma, self-esteem, social anxiety, and depression.

I work with you to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and develop practical skills to move forward. I offer one-to-one sessions using a CBT approach to therapy. Together we'll build self-confidence and emotional resilience, learning to challenge overthinking and respond to life's difficulties in healthier ways. Therapy will be a safe space where you're heard, supported, and empowered.

I work with clients experiencing depression, OCD, health anxiety, trauma & social anxiety. During your initial session, we will explore your main difficulties, discuss your goals for therapy, and create a personalised treatment plan together. Sessions will support you to develop deeper insight, learn practical skills for managing your difficulties, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilled way of living.

I am accepting new clients. I offer online sessions via Zoom. I offer a free 15-minute intro call. I am available during the weekends.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have several years of experience working in the NHS, supporting people through anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, trauma, and the weight of everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming.

  • Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) Psychological Therapy Practices (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), University of Exeter
