I have significant experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and who demonstrate symptoms of Post traumatic Stress Disorder. This can be trauma experienced in early childhood or adulthood, even when you can't remember the trauma memory but will have flashbacks or recurring nightmares.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an interactive psychotherapy technique used to relieve psychological stress. It is an effective treatment for trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
EMDR 90 minute session £90
The cognitive behavioural analysis system of psychotherapy (CBASP) is a new therapy specifically designed to treat chronic depression where an individual may struggle with interpersonal relationships being the root of depression.
CBASP 50 minute session £70
Schema therapy uses a variety of cognitive and experiential techniques, to create schema change and to promote emotional healing. Recovering persons learn to use an evidentiary approach to test and challenge the validity of their schemas. In other words, they are encouraged to look for evidence that refutes the schema. Schema Therapy is effective in helping people with personality disorders.
