About me

Psychosexual Therapy can give you the space to explore your feelings, without judgement, about sex and intimacy.

You may feel hopeless about your sexual abilities or relationship, and that you have "tried everything" with no success.

Working with a psychosexual therapist can enhance your own understanding of your body and sexual functioning. If you are in are in a relationship, couple therapy can address sexual and intimacy difficulties, with a focus on communication and the couple working together to address difficulties.

I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist (COSRT Accredited) based in Manchester. I work within an NHS Psychosexual setting as well as my private work and have experience with supporting an array of individuals and couples from different backgrounds and experiences to overcome sexual difficulties including:

Vaginismus, Dyspareunia/Painful Intercourse, Low/High Sexual Desire, Relationship Issues and Conflict, Negative Sexual Experiences, Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, Delayed Ejaculation, Sexual Identity, Anxiety about Sex, Orgasmic dysfunction, Body Image, Trauma, Vulvodynia, Changes in Lifestyle and Health impacting sex and intimacy.

This is not an exhaustive list, please get in touch for a free consultation if you would like to discuss your circumstances further.

I offer short-term (8 sessions or less) and long-term therapy, this is dependent on what goals you may have for therapy, what you want to address and achieve, and the treatment approach required.

I am a GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity) friendly therapist.
