About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, scared, wondering what the future holds or how you can get yourself out of this rut you have been in for too long. You may remember the old you and want to get that person back, or improve the relationships you are in. Anxiety and depression about uncertainty, redundancy, getting older, relationships, body image, managing mood and changes in life; these are just some of the worries and concerns that I support my clients to navigate.
If you want to find your path, your joy, your purpose in life, I will help you do that. I can help you gain focus and clarity, supporting you to manage the feelings you are experiencing and overcome your obstacles. Change isn't always easy, and as a CBT practitioner it's about working together to navigate that process, using evidenced based techniques and tools, whilst being supported with kindness and compassion every step of the way.
Together we can face your fears and move forward to living the life you imagine.
Training, qualifications & experience
