About me
You might look like you’re coping on the outside - keeping things together at work, for friends, for family - but inside you’re exhausted from overthinking, self-doubt, or constant anxiety.
Maybe you feel things deeply, or take on a lot emotionally. You replay conversations in your head, question your decisions, and wonder why things feel harder for you than they seem to for everyone else. You might be burned out, feeling stuck, or carrying trauma you haven’t fully processed yet.
I work online with adults, particularly women and young adults, who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite good enough - even when they’re trying their best.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together, you can slow down. We can gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of patterns, and help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. There’s no pressure to have the “right words.” We go at a pace that feels manageable, creating a space that is warm, steady and grounded.
My aim isn’t to fix you - it’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, feel less alone in what you’re carrying, and develop the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory session so you can get a sense of how I work and decide whether we’re a good fit.
