About me
Hi I'm Nadia. I work with neurodivergent adults who are tired of having to cope, mask, or make themselves fit. You may have reached a point where you're exhausted, overwhelmed or burnt out, or perhaps you're beginning to question who you are underneath years of adapting to what others expect from you.
As a pluralistic counsellor, I use a range of approaches to support neurodivergent adults (diagnosed and self-diagnosed) in understanding themselves, exploring challenges, and finding ways to live that feel more authentic and sustainable.
Many of the people I work with have spent years being capable on the outside while struggling underneath. You might be dealing with anxiety, difficult relationships, low self-esteem or significant changes in your life, or you're finding that the ways you've always coped aren't working anymore.
Counselling offers a safe, compassionate space to explore your experiences at your own pace. Together we can make sense of difficult emotions, deepen self-understanding, and work towards greater self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.

Member organisations

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
