About me
Hi I'm Nadia. As a pluralistic counsellor, I use a range of approaches to support neurodivergent adults.
Many people come to counselling feeling exhausted from masking, struggling with relationships, experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
I offer a safe space to explore experiences, understand and process difficult emotions and develop greater self acceptance and emotional wellbeing.
