About me

I am a qualified clinical psychologist with over 13 years experience working within NHS and private sectors. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties. During your initial assessment, I take time to get to know you and your presenting issues taking into consideration past experiences, family dynamics and issues that you feel need addressing or are holding you back. We would then develop a person centered care plan to best suit your needs & goals. I am experienced in dealing with a range of mental health conditions along with more exploratory work.

As a clinical psychologist I am specialised in assessment, formulation and intervention. I am able to offer therapy modalities to suit your needs and therapy goals. These include CBT, narrative and solution focused interventions. My strength lies in providing an integrative approach, allowing you to go at your pace and focusing on your individual needs.

I am able to offer face to face, telephone and video therapy. I understand that seeking therapy can be daunting and would advise you to contact me for a non-obligatory telephone consultation to discuss your needs. You can also view my website, where I provide weekly blogs around different psychological and mental health issues.

If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.
