About me

Welcome to you, and whatever you are going through, thank you for being here.
I belive that seeking support is not only an act of bravery but also represents the first step in regaining power over your life.

Talking about what is troubling you in a safe and non-judgmental space, could help you to explore and develop awareness which can enable you to move forwards in your life.

I'm a BACP experinced Psychotherapy and Counsellor, I'm working with individual and couple.

I am based in Hove and I provide online and face-to-face Counselling  and Couple Therapy in Italian and English.

Counselling &Psychotherapy

My work is based on the therapeutic relationship, formed together over time. This is because through my experience I observed that providing a supported and non-judgemental environment, can facilitated the exploration of unspoken and painful thoughts.

If the therapeutic relatioship is strong and and trust is developed, is possible to achieve a better understanding of the nature of what is troubling you. For this reason, I consider the relationship vital for the therapeutic journey to happend.

In a safe enviroment is possible to develope awareness. Becaming aware can represent a key which will allowing you to

- understand and change old unhealthy pattern of behavieur

- identify and prioritise your needs

- a better comprehension of yourself and how you form your relatioships

-exploring differnt and new prospective that can help you to move forwards in your life

Couple Therapy

Relationships can at time becaming complex and overwelming.

Couple therapy aims to help couples to become more aware of the habits and fixed patterns that influence the relationship. Awareness brings choice, personal responsibility and resourcefulness. However, it can also be used by any two people waiting to improve their relationship. Sessions last from 70 to 90 minutes each.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
