MBACP Melania Leanza qualified Counsellor Melania Leanza
Welcome to you.
Seeking support is not only an act of bravery but also represents the first step in regaining power over your life. Talking about what is troubling you in a safe and non-judgmental space, could help you to explore and develop awareness which can enable you to move forwards in your life. I provide online counselling in Italian and English.
My work is based on the therapeutic relationship, formed together over time. This is because through my experience I observed that providing a supported and non-judgemental environment, can facilitated the exploration of unspoken and painful thoughts.
In this safe space, is possible to achieve a better understanding of the nature of what is troubling you. For this reason I consider the relationship vital for our therapeutic journey together.
I am Italian and I’ve been living in the UK since 1996. My background and past carries involves the use of a wide range of alternative holistic medicine and techniques, which lead me to the connection between body and mind -psychosomatic issues -
Please contact me by text or email to book an initial free consultation of 20 minutes where it will be possible to get to know each other and will help you decide if I am the right person for you.
Looking forward to meeting you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
