About me
I work with young people and adults who are seeking psychological therapy because they feel stuck. We can all get caught up situations/dynamics that stops us living the life we want to live and being the version of our self that we want to be. Whether these difficulties exist in our relationships with partners, friends, children, parents, or in our work/school environments are triggering difficult feelings. Often our minds get stuck in rigid and automatic ways of thinking, feeling or responding and it can be hard going and frustrating. I work with individuals who are looking to further their understanding of these patterns and explore ways to move forward.
I offer online sessions which last 50 minutes.
Training, qualifications & experience
DClinPsyc - University of Surrey (2013-2016)
Psychological Approaches to Health (Msc) - University of Leeds (2008-2009)
Whilst my doctorate training gave me a foundation of knowledge in different models of therapy, I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as its best suited to my style and I believe in its approach. This therapy is a third wave cognitive behavioural therapy and focuses on helping individuals be who they want to be, living life how they want to live.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
