About me
It is the natural process, to shift in and out of moments of light and darkness as we experience life, as we seek balance within and around us. At times, difficult circumstances, past and present, prevent us from accessing our ability to fully experience the natural shifts, move forward, and find our own true perspective. It can be challenging, then, to reach, or return to, harmony.
Therapy is one way we can begin to breathe and move freely, towards balance, and find our place among others.
If you get in touch, and we feel we can work well together, I would be very happy to support you in a collaboration that we shape as we meet, considering your needs and discussing the paths that feel right.
