About me
I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling to Adults, Adolescents and Couples from my office in Ashfield by Dunblane, Stirlingshire.
I provide a safe and confidential space to allow you to discuss and consider whatever issues that may be on your mind. I also offer Walk and Talk sessions for the above services as the directness of sitting face to face in therapy can be intense for some clients and my office provides access to beautiful countryside to undertake this in.
I believe that all situations are unique to you and therefore treated as such. The connection and collaboration within the therapeutic relationship can be as powerful for change as the work that gets done in each session.
One of my strongest skills is helping you to feel comfortable sharing experiences or thoughts that you may have never talked about before.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety / Depression / Substance Misuse / Gambling / Work Related Stress / Exam Stress / Self Esteem / Trauma and Abuse / Couples and Relationship / Phobias / Loss and Bereavement
Please do get in touch to discuss your individual situation.
I can offer flexible appointments, including early morning, evening and Saturday mornings.
