I have a specialism in Trauma which I developed working as an EMDR therapist in prisons/forensic settings.
I also have a specialism in women's hormonal health and women experiencing the psychological symptoms of Peri/Menopause & PMDD that I developed working as a MH nurse Practitioner in a GP surgery.
