About us

As a first-generation of cultural descent born and raised in London, I grew up influenced by strong cultural expectations within an open-minded society.

This background, combined with my psychological education and professional experience, gives me a deep understanding of how early conditioning shapes our mindsets, behaviours, and the limiting beliefs that follow us into adulthood.

With over 18 years of experience supporting individuals from all walks of life through complex challenges, my work is centred on helping people build stronger, more meaningful connections.

I support clients in developing healthy relationships with themselves and others, with a focus on trust, emotional safety, and healthy interdependence.

Together, we explore what you feel, why you feel it, and how these emotions influence your behaviour and relationships. You will learn how to regulate your emotions under stress and communicate with authenticity and compassion, empowering you to live with purpose and clarity.

In recent years, I have also helped both men and women rebuild their lives following divorce.

Divorce can leave you feeling lost, uncertain, and as though you must start again from the ground up. Many are left wondering where to begin or even who they are anymore. Yet the greatest growth and resilience are built from the bottom.

Post‑divorce life can serve as a powerful catalyst for personal reinvention and the creation of a meaningful, purpose‑driven future.

Member organisations *

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Further information

My practice is grounded in Carl Rogers’ humanistic principles of authenticity, respect, and empathy. Sessions are a safe space for you to share openly with no judgment, where you can explore, grow, and move toward more fulfilling relationships and a life that genuinely reflects who you are.

The rapport between the client and I is a sacred transaction. I trade my professional focus for your deepest truths, and you trade your guarded self for a space where you don't have to perform.

It’s an investment where the currency is vulnerability. In this room, you aren’t paying for advice, you’re paying for a witness. When I drop the clinical distance to show you who I am, I’m not just being kind, I’m proving that your unpolished self is safe here. We are two people looking at the same map, rearranging the pieces until the person you’ve been hiding finally becomes the person you’re proud to be.

Please feel free to call me with any questions or queries. I look forward to working with you.
