About me

Taking the first step toward seeking support for emotional challenges can be a daunting experience, and it’s completely normal to feel that way. It requires a great deal of courage to reach out for guidance and comfort, especially when so many people still underestimate the significance of these feelings. I’m here to offer you compassionate, tailored therapy to help you navigate whatever it is that is troubling your heart and mind—be it anxiety, depression, anger, unhappiness, or relationships.

To make this journey as comfortable as possible, I provide a range of options for our sessions, including face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, and video chats, accommodating your needs, especially during these challenging and isolating times.

Creating a safe, supportive environment free from judgment and stigma is incredibly important to me. I want you to feel empowered to speak freely and explore the feelings that weigh you down—whether they’re causing anxiety, anger, heartache, or distress, or if you want to uncover emotions you’ve never had the chance to express before.

As an integrative trained counsellor, my goal is to work alongside you at your own pace, adapting our sessions to best suit your unique needs, helping you on your journey toward healing and achieving your goals. You don’t have to face this alone; I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
