About me

My practice is rooted in evidence‑based approaches, particularly Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These models shape the way I help people understand their emotional world, their patterns, and the challenges they’re facing.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of clinical settings, supporting individuals facing depression, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, and the quieter struggles that don’t always have a name. My experience spans both research and practice, and I’m committed to integrating evidence‑based approaches with a compassionate, down‑to‑earth style.

Areas I specialise in:

Anxiety Disorders: Panic, Body Dysmorphia, GAD, Health Anxiety, Social anxiety, OCD.

Depression

Eating Disorders

PTSD, this includes birth trauma.

 Low self esteem (low confidence).

Relationship difficulties.

ADHD and ASD in the context of mental wellbeing.

Long Term Health Conditions.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to talk through what you’re looking for and help you get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.

I also work for the NHS as a therapist.

I offer Video appointments at this moment in time. Telephone appointments are not advised by the NICE guidelines, however the initial assessment can take place over the phone to reduce anxieties.
