About me
I work in a person-centred way to help my clients process their thoughts and feelings in a safe and inclusive space, working to develop resilience and ways of coping more effectively with life’s difficulties. I hold space for clients to work through complicated thoughts and feelings related to such things as anxiety, depression, fear, loss, grief, anger and overwhelm, and to help process the impact of past trauma, relationships, low self-esteem, or significant life challenges.
We can explore practical tools such as mindfulness, reframing thought patterns and beliefs, stress management/nervous system regulation, and relaxation through hypnotherapy.
I also offer counselling as a pathway to personal growth, giving the space to process pain, shine the light on the self-critic, and to build inner calm and confidence. We can work on setting personal goals, clarifying values and making life choices that feel more aligned with your authentic self.
