About me
I am an Integrative counsellor with aBSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic practice. My research centred around childhood trauma presenting in adulthood and the potential for post traumatic growth. Alongside my therapeutic work, I am also a wellness practitioner and yoga teacher, offering a holistic and compassionate approach to healing.
My path into this work began with my own healing journey. I know how daunting it can feel to take that first step and reach out for support, it requires courage. I also know the profound transformation that can come from being truly seen, heard, and held within a therapeutic relationship.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of humanistic therapeutic modalities, adapting our work to suit your individual needs. Over the years, I have found that the most meaningful and effective therapy is rooted in the trust, depth and authenticity of the relationship we build together.
I am based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, where I welcome clients for in person sessions, as well as offering online sessions for those who prefer to connect virtually.

- Level 5 Diploma Practitioner CBT
- Level 4 Diploma Integrative Counselling (NCPS Accredited)
- Level 2 Counselling Skills
- Certificate in Counselling children and young people
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of 12 step recovery.
- Certificate in treating CPTSD

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
