As an integrative Counselling Psychologist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models and techniques to create an approach that is personalised to you. My practice is informed by current evidence and NICE guidelines, and I specialise in working with emotional regulation difficulties, communication and interpersonal challenges, anxiety, phobias, depression, PTSD, and difficulties arising from developmental adversity and early life experiences.

  • A safe, supportive environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, both past and present.
  • The freedom to be yourself and move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • A flexible therapeutic approach responsive to your needs and goals.
