About me
Hello, and welcome!
My name is Leila Turney, a dedicated and compassionate counsellor committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
As an Integrative counsellor, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy, to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and preferences. Together, we'll collaborate on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, working towards meaningful and sustainable change.
My approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual's unique experiences and strengths. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations freely, knowing they are heard and valued.
As a counsellor, my goal is to empower clients to tap into their inner resources, cultivate self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater clarity and fulfilment in life, I am here to offer support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
I am deeply passionate about the work I do and feel privileged to accompany individuals on their path towards healing, growth, and resilience.
Please feel free to reach out to me to schedule a consultation or learn more about how I can support you on your path to well-being. I look forward to hearing from you.
