About me

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, such as anxiety that keeps looping, behaviours that feel hard to stop, or difficulties around sex, relationships, or shame that can be difficult to talk about. Many people I work with have a sense that something isn’t right, and may even understand where these difficulties come from, but feel frustrated that this awareness alone hasn’t led to lasting change.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what’s driving these patterns, while also developing practical ways forward. Therapy with me isn’t about judgement or quick fixes, but about moving from understanding towards action, supporting you to make sense of your options and decide what feels right for you, and developing a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

I’m a qualified and accredited CBT Psychotherapist and a Trainee Counselling Psychologist in the final stage of training. While my work is grounded in CBT, I draw on a broader psychological understanding, so therapy is tailored to you, rather than following a rigid formula.

I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and GSRD clients, and with people experiencing anxiety, shame, compulsive behaviours, or sexual and relationship difficulties. I’ve also completed additional training in psychosexual therapy, allowing me to work sensitively and confidently with sexual concerns.

As someone who identifies within the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m mindful of how experiences of stigma, discrimination, and feeling unseen can shape mental health. I understand how isolating this can feel, and I aim to offer a space where these experiences can be spoken about openly, without judgement or assumption.

All sessions are held online, and I work with adults across the UK. I offer both regular and flexible therapy appointments, tailored to your specific needs and schedule.
