About me

Hi there, my name is Ketki and I am a qualified and NCPS accredited Integrative Counsellor.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative environment that values your unique perspective and provides a confidential space where your wellbeing is the priority.

Together we can explore the challenges you are facing. They could be impacting your day to day, they could be rooted in your past or they could be something you are going through in the present moment.

You already have the internal tools you need for balance; sometimes, you just need the right environment to access them. As an integrative counsellor, I don’t offer advice or 'fixes.' I offer a dedicated, empathetic space for you to reconnect with your own path to wellbeing.

Each session is a unique 50 mins where we will work collaboratively. This means we can continue working on previously agreed concerns or maybe on that day something more is important for you and you would like to make that the priority.

I offer short term or long term therapy. So whether you need support for a specific concern or any ongoing problems, I can help.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to listen.
