About me
I am an integrative counsellor who collaborates with adult individuals of various ages and genders to address common mental health issues or challenges in their daily lives, empowering them to lead the life they aspire to.
As an integrative counsellor, I make use of a number of counselling approaches tailored to each individual client.
My primary approach is Person-Centered, but I also incorporate elements of the the Psychodynamic and Transpersonal modalities. Additionally, I integrate tools from various other frameworks to assist clients in enhancing self-awareness and navigating their lives beyond our sessions.
I specialise in working with Anxiety and Depression and common life problems.
I work online, but I also offer face to face sessions. Face to face sessions take place in Greenwich.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified to CPCAB Diploma level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and have taken further training in other therapeutic approaches and specialities. I have been seeing clients since September 2020.
My experience has mostly been offering open ended therapy to a wide diversity of adults. I am trauma informed and trained in supporting clients in processing their traumas as I am aware of the need for a safe and supportive environment to safely work through these issues.
I am kink aware and work well with neurodiverse adults.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I usually offer an initial assessment session to discuss your counselling needs and expectations. This is usually online, but I can offer this over the telephone.
The sessions are your space and together we will explore your thoughts and feelings.
I work in a non directive, collaborative way with my clients. So together we will work out the answers that are right for you.
