About me
I chose to pursue a career in counselling and psychotherapy because of my enduring passion for self-help psychology, holistic healing, and alternative therapies. My life experiences have uniquely equipped me to assist others in navigating their own challenges. I offer counselling and psychotherapy services to adults, young people, and children, approaching each individual holistically from a humanistic core while employing integrated tools and methods tailored to your specific needs.
During our sessions, I will create a safe and confidential environment for us to explore the areas of your life that may be causing you distress. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I will always prioritize what matters most to you. My role is to support you through your struggles, help you make sense of your experiences, and untangle the issues that may feel stuck, allowing you to begin moving forward. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my aim is to see the world from your perspective, collaborating with you to foster growth and find solutions to your concerns. I can assist you in examining the changes you wish to make or in coming to terms with aspects of life that cannot be altered. This is a time dedicated to you, allowing you to reconnect with your true self.
