About me
PLEASE NOTE: I will not be taking any new private clients currently. This notice will be removed when that changes. In the meantime I would recommend contacting Relate London North West or Relate UK.
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor based in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.
Prior to training in Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling, I lived and worked in high-stress environments, therefore I understand the stress and the pressure of chasing work-life balance.
A series of personal life-changing events led to conclude that I wanted to train professionally in approaches I found personally beneficial. And that I wanted to draw on my personal and professional experience to work dynamically with couples who want to improve their relationship and individuals who wish to make positive life changes.
With my experience, comes a level of humanity and understanding that cannot be taught by textbooks alone.
