About me
I offer counselling for neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children who want a calm, steady space to explore their experiences without pressure or judgement. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure how to make sense of long‑standing patterns such as masking, overthinking, or feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. My role is to provide a grounded, respectful environment where you can slow down, unmask, and be understood.
My approach is ND‑affirming and centred on clarity, compassion, and practical support. I work with adults who identify with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or other forms of neurodivergence, especially when low self‑esteem, chronic stress, or identity‑related shame have become part of daily life. Together, we explore the expectations you’ve been carrying, the strategies you’ve used to cope, and the parts of yourself that deserve more space and care.
Sessions with me are collaborative and paced to suit your nervous system. We might focus on emotional regulation, boundaries, relationships, confidence, or the impact of lifelong masking. We might work on building a life that fits you, rather than one you feel you must constantly adapt yourself to. My aim is to help you feel more resourced, more grounded, and more connected to who you are.
If you’re looking for a therapeutic space where you don’t have to perform or explain your neurodivergence, you’re welcome to get in touch when you feel ready.
Training, qualifications & experience

- ADV Certificate in children and young people counselling
- Adv cert CBT
- Adv Cert supervision
- PG cert neurodiversity
- Dip coaching
- AFT therapy
- Cert couples counselling
- Cert adoption counselling
- Certificate in online and telephone counselling
I have also attended many CPD's and short trainings to enhance my client work.
My experience in counselling has seen me work across different settings with work in addiction services, bereavement charity, adoption, families, retail workers and refugees. Alongside this I have been a project manager for children's counselling services working in school communities and a clinical supervisor overseeing clinical responsibility for an area of school services. This experience has really highlighted the need and passion for supporting parents and adults who tend to look after everyone else's needs and lose sight of their own.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
