About me

During the COVID-19 emergency I am offering 30 minute online counselling sessions, or just a confidential chat, free of charge. Contact me by phone or email to arrange an appointment. Sessions can take place either on Skype or Facetime.

The pressures and stresses of the current situation, whether through the lock down at home, or sudden financial difficulties, may well seriously affect our emotional and physical wellbeing, impacting on our functioning, relationships, family, work and health. Rather than bottle things up, it can really help to adapt to the unprecedented situation we face through talking to a trained counsellor.

I am trained and qualified to help you with:-
Stress, Anxiety and Depression
Self Defeating Behaviours
Self Harm
Relationship problems

Call me for a confidential conversation, or send me an e-mail if you have any questions.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
