Providing a professional, confidential counselling and psychotherapy service in the Sudbury/Long Melford/Foxearth area.
The pressures and stresses of our day to day lives can often affect our emotional and physical wellbeing, impacting on our functioning, relationships, family, work and health. Rather than bottle things up, engaging in counselling can give you time and space to work through your problems and help you gain a different perspective. Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental and respectful environment which can help you regain wellbeing and balance in your life. It is natural and understandable to feel apprehensive about the thought of counselling, but with the help of a qualified counsellor, the result can be life-changing.
I am trained and qualified to help you with:-
Stress, Anxiety and Depression
Self Defeating Behaviours
