I believe our human connections and relationships are just as important as the nature that surrounds us and the air we breathe.
For various reasons, there are times in our life where it can be helpful to talk with someone who is out with our usual circle of family and friends.
I offer a safe, friendly, confidential space where I will be alongside you as we explore the aspects of your life you wish to share. These can be your thoughts, feelings, and or behaviours.
I am empathic, friendly and approachable. I will listen to you, go at your pace and be curious throughout as you share your thoughts, feelings and behaviours both from the past and present.
Training, qualifications & experience
- COSCA Validated Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis.
- Counselling within a hospice setting and participation in associated training.
- Certificate in; Somatic Transactional Analysis
- Certificate in; Compassionate care: getting it right.
- Bachelor of Science in Health Studies.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
