About me
Are you struggling with trying to make sense of what you are going through right now? Are you being compassionate towards yourself? It can be a daunting thought, wanting to unscramble your feelings. I provide acceptance, a warm, welcoming and confidential environment. I work in a Person-Centred and Compassion Focussed Way. There is no judgment with whatever you bring to the counselling session. It would be a privilege to be by your side, on your journey, to then watch you fly, knowing that you have gone to places that you felt you were not brave enough to go.
I have a keen interest in Grief and Loss, which covers everything from bereavement, helping people with medical conditions such as autoimmune diseases, or when a life event happens and it affects your well-being. I have experience with clients who have Autism and ADHD. I also work spiritually, if that is an area of interest to you.
How I can help you
I believe Counselling isn't just about sitting in a room with a therapist. Therefore, I provide a variety of different therapy types. For example, this could typically be face-to-face in online via Zoom. I also provide walk and talk therapy where we have the counselling session outside. In the first instance, please contact me either by phone or via email to arrange a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss if can work together.
I can help people with the following:
- Grief and Bereavement
- Coming to Terms with Medical Difficulties
- Anxiety and Depression
- Low Confidence and Self-Esteem
- Autism and ADHD
I can work with you for either short or longer term therapy. Alternatively, if you feel a one-off counselling session would be of benefit to you, I am happy to do this.
