About me

It takes courage to seek help and support so it is important to find a therapist you can trust. If you are feeling low, sad or upset please contact me and we can have an initial chat.  I work with clients for either short focused counselling or longer-term psychotherapy, including inner child work. I also offer what is known as Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping. This is a gentle and soothing complimentary treatment that promotes healing and embeds talking therapy.  For older clients I offer Life Review work.

My practice particularly focuses on supporting people with anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma.  I also work with relationship difficulties of any kind.

I work online or in person in Epsom in Surrey.  I have a lower rate for young people between 18 and 25 and for those on a low income.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.  My training was across a diverse range of counselling and psychodynamic theories and ways of practice. This means I use a range of skills and helpful techniques to best address your individual need.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for thirty years in different roles within education and social care.  I bring this knowledge and insight to the therapy room to help and support you.
