About me

We all have an innate capacity for change and growth, however, sometimes we get stuck. Life events can be difficult and demanding of our energy, we may lose sight of ourselves and what's important to us. I offer a safe and caring space to explore your experiences within a therapeutic relationship. As a Person Centred Counsellor, I will not advise or direct you, I do not present myself as an expert but as an equal partner who can be alongside you.

As a Reiki Practitioner I am able to offer a combination of this therapeutic work with the power of Reiki to allow you to explore and process in a deeply relaxed way.

I am also an IEMT Practitioner, Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a fabulous process for rapid change. Clients do not need to speak for it to work and I have seen exciting results for panic, anxiety, phobias and deeply held beliefs that no longer serve.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked with young people and adults since 2001 in various supportive roles, I have almost 20 years of experience in offending behaviour, substance misuse and addictions. I achieved my Therapeutic Counselling Diploma in 2015 and have recently been Accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. Alongside private practice I also work as a Counsellor for a local counselling charity working within schools in the area.
