About me

I am an integrative counsellor registered with the BACP, offering a compassionate and supportive space where clients can feel safe, seen, and heard. My practice is located on Queen Anne Street, near Harley Street, just a stone's throw from Oxford Circus and Bond Street.

In my practice, I understand the immense pressures people often place upon themselves, which can lead to harmful coping strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to identify healthier ways of managing challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and other underlying issues. I am deeply passionate about the potential of therapy to support individuals through difficult times and help foster positive, lasting change.

As an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Together, we will explore patterns of behavior and thoughts that may be contributing to difficulties in your life. By understanding these patterns and the experiences underlying them, we can work towards achieving better emotional well-being and psychological health.

Additionally, I am trained in hypnotherapy and can incorporate it into our sessions when appropriate, should you find it beneficial to our work together.

I offer face-to-face counselling in a prestigious location near Harley Street at 37 Queen Anne Street, London, W1G 9JB. I also provide online counselling services, available to clients across the UK and internationally.

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I combine various therapeutic approaches to tailor each session according to the unique needs of my clients. My work is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours freely.

My approach integrates elements from several modalities, including:

·         Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapies: By drawing from these, I focus on exploring past experiences and emotions, while also encouraging growth and self-actualization.

·         Internal Family Systems (IFS): I use this to help clients connect with different parts of themselves, fostering self-compassion and deeper self-understanding. It’s a gentle method that allows individuals to heal emotional wounds by getting to know the different "parts" of their personality.

·         EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): This is particularly helpful for clients dealing with trauma, enabling them to process and integrate difficult memories.

·         Clinical Hypnotherapy: I offer hypnotherapy to help clients access their subconscious mind, fostering positive change and deeper healing in areas such as anxiety and self-esteem.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling
  • Hypnotherapy PCHyp
  • L6 Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision, including online and telephone working

Because I work with a diverse group of individuals and am exposed to a variety of surroundings, I have a great lot of regard for and empathy for different viewpoints and opinions.

Because of my experience, I can work well with and assist individuals from a range of backgrounds.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
