About me

As a trauma-informed, integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore how past relationships or past experiences are affecting you today. Maybe you find yourself repeating the same patterns and having difficulties in current relationships or experiencing family conflict, anxiety or stress.

My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy; however, I am able to work with you in the way that feels best for you and bring in elements of other approaches such as CBT or Psychodynamic if you feel this would be helpful.

I believe every person's story is unique, and that you are the expert in your own life. Rather than telling you what you should do, I work alongside you to help you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and move towards meaningful and lasting change.

I offer online counselling to adults across the UK, providing a confidential and compassionate space.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work in accordance with the NCPS Code of Ethical Practice.

I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of concerns, including relationship and family difficulties, trauma, domestic abuse, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and life transitions.

I am committed to continuing professional development to ensure my practice remains ethical, reflective and informed by current research and best practice.
