Counselling Bury St Edmunds Joanna Clark BA (hons) MBACP
I am a qualified, BACP registered counsellor based in the centre of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk where I offer clients a safe, ethical, confidential and supportive therapeutic relationship in which explore their lives and the parts that may be difficult, confusing or painful. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, making it hard to make sense of things, to move on, or make decisions. Counselling sessions are your time to talk of your personal problems at your own pace and an opportunity for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, fears and concerns. My goal is to support you as you gain a much deeper insight yourself, and to resolve any difficulties or complexities that you might be experiencing. I will guide you to look after yourself emotionally and aid you to develop strategies to help you cope in future.
I offer the first session for free to discuss whether counselling is right for you and whether I am the right person for you to work with. This is a chance for us to meet and talk with no obligation or pressure for book further sessions unless you wish to.
