Lego Therapy

Lego Therapy is an innovative approach that connects children with their peers to nurture social interactions through engaging Lego play. This method can be implemented in classrooms or at counselling agencies. As a trusted therapeutic intervention, Lego play offers children a fun and constructive way to develop essential social skills they'll rely on throughout their adult lives. These include turn-taking, sharing, listening, teamwork, and problem-solving. Sessions are structured into 50 minutes to one-hour blocks, with group sessions available to encourage collaboration and enriched learning experiences.

The Initial Consultation I offer a free 30-minute consultation, conducted either online or over the phone. This session provides us with an opportunity to connect, discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, and exchange key information. It’s important for you to feel comfortable and assured that we’re the right fit. If you're happy with the consultation, we can schedule your first counselling session at a time that suits you.
