About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, struggling with grief, trauma, or a deep sense of disconnection? Perhaps you long for a space where both your pain and your deeper search for meaning can be explored safely and with compassion.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor with over 20 years of experience as a healer. My approach weaves together professional counselling skills with holistic practices that support mind, body and soul. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can process difficulties and move toward greater self-understanding and healing.
Drawing on my training in Jungian studies, I may invite you to explore your dreams as a way of uncovering insights from the unconscious. Trained as a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Practitioner, I also integrate heart-centred techniques to help regulate emotions and restore calm. At the heart of my work is a compassionate, relational style that honours every part of your story.
Whether you are facing anxiety, grief, trauma or a desire for personal transformation, I am here to support you. My aim is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and move towards wholeness and growth.
If you are ready to take the first step, please contact me to arrange a session.
I offer face-to-face counselling in Westcliff-on-Sea, and remotely via telephone/online.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
