I currently practice at NAOS in Bristol and have a successful private practice in Backwell,North Somerset, where I see adults, couples and young people.
As an integrative and humanistic counsellor I work relationally. Your therapy is individualised to suit your preferred way of working and to enable you to develop skills and reflections that can be integrated beyond the therapy room.
I believe in recovery and in your ability to find your own ways forward with therapeutic support. As a qualified therapist I work alongside you to increase your felt sense of safety, your ability to emotionally self regulate and find personal stability so that you can explore whatever you wish to work on.
I've worked with children and young people for over 25 years as both an educator and a therapist. In the last 6 years I have increased my counselling offer to adults and also with couples counselling.
I deliver training on trauma and emotional regulation and provide 1-1 support and counselling to adults who support children in their professional and personal lives. I also facilitate personal and professional development sessions for groups. I am also able to provide supervsion.
