I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy for adults, young people and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period with the aim of helping you to enhance your life and live it more fully.
I have a private practice with a therapy room based at my home in a private location with off road parking and close to local bus routes.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy
I also attend regular CPD courses.
I am a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registered clinical psychotherapist and am covered by the UKCP Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such am bound by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions 2018
I have worked in private practice for 6 years and also worked within a large and well respected voluntary counselling organisation in Leicester for 3 years. I have worked as a school counsellor and have considerable experience working with young adults.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
Life transitions, in particular from childhood to adulthood
I charge £50 per session for individuals and sessions last for 50 minutes and for couples I charge £65 with sessions lasting for 60 minutes.
I also offer initial 15 minute telephone contact free of charge.
I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
