I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and accredited EMDR therapist living and working in north Warwickshire..

I am also a registered mental health nurse with over 26 yrs of experience in various inpatient, community & primary care settings.

I see clients at various times throughout the week and aim to be as flexible as possible, offering evening and weekend appointments if required.

At present I offer remote therapy only due to ongoing social distancing requirements..

I am an experienced mental health nurse with over 20 years of experience, and an accredited CBT & EMDR therapist.

I have also had training in Brainspotting and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

I have specialised in Primary Care mental health and currently work full time as a CBT and EMDR therapist within an NHS psychological therapy service.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

I have particular experience working with older people and also LGBT clients.

I generally work with a combination of EMDR and CBT, but also routinely incorporate Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Therapy or Acceptance & Commitment Therapy interventions into my practice.
