I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR-UK-accredited EMDR therapist, with additional training in Brainspotting.

I am also a registered mental health nurse with over 30 yrs of experience in various inpatient, community & primary care settings.

I see clients at various times throughout the week and aim to be as flexible as possible, offering evening and weekend appointments if required.

At present, I offer remote therapy only

I am an experienced mental health nurse with over 30 years of experience and an accredited CBT & EMDR therapist.

I am also trained in Brainspotting and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

I have specialised in Primary Care mental health and currently work full time as a CBT and EMDR therapist within an NHS psychological therapy service.

I generally work with a combination of EMDR and CBT, but also routinely incorporate Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Therapy or Acceptance & Commitment Therapy interventions into my practice.
