About me
As an integrative psychotherapist, I believe in treating people as individuals, not just diagnoses. Everyone’s experience is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I offer individual counselling for adults (18+), working online or by phone, and draw from three core approaches: person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I aim to create a safe, trusting, and comfortable space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, negative thoughts, identity struggles or life transitions, we’ll work together to explore your experiences, identify goals, and build tools to support meaningful change.
I also offer culturally sensitive counselling with an awareness of the unique challenges faced by clients from Black, Asian and other racially minoritised communities (BAME). You may be navigating racial identity, discrimination, intergenerational trauma, or cultural pressure - I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where your voice and story are valued.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in collaboration, self-understanding, and growth - whether you’re seeking to process past experiences, manage your mental health, or simply deepen your relationship with yourself.
How I work:
I help clients identify their goals, develop a personalised treatment plan with actionable steps, and equip them with practical tools and coping strategies. Along the way, we often explore deeper underlying patterns, including thoughts, emotions, and past experiences that may be influencing your present life.
My integrative approach includes:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – for managing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
- Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) – for building self-awareness, trust, and inner strength.
- Psychodynamic Therapy – for exploring deeper emotional patterns and unresolved issues.
What I can help with:
Anxiety and stress management
Depression and low mood
Loss and bereavement
Low self-esteem and confidence
Anger management
Life direction and transitions
Communication issues
Personal growth and self-understanding

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
