About me

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Are you looking for change? I offer a safe and welcoming space at my Victoria and Pimlico clinic, both a 2 minute walk from their corresponding stations.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I help you uncover how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present challenges. Together, we can work towards greater self-awareness, clarity, and meaningful change.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, supporting a range of emotional and mental health concerns. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply feeling lost, therapy can offer a space to make sense of your experiences.

I offer both short-term (12 weeks) and open–ended therapy, with the opportunity to explore your current issues and gain insight on a once per week basis.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, a UKCP, BACP & BPC accredited course. I have a long history of working in mental health, with years of experience in psychiatric services as well as working with adults in my private practice.

I offer support with a number of mental health difficulties. Some of these may include: depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, trauma, relationship conflict, confusion about one’s identity and ADHD as well as other neurodiverse diagnoses.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
