About me

Are you feeling overextended by persistent worry, relationship challenges, or the demands of daily life? I am an integrative counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotional experiences at your own pace.

I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, difficulties managing anger, relationship challenges, low self‑esteem, and times of change or transition. I support those who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or lacking confidence.

I also support parents who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Many parents seek counselling to better understand emotional triggers, recurring patterns, parenting stress, or feelings of disconnection from themselves or their children. Therapy may involve exploring emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, attachment, and the impact of childhood experiences on parenting in the present. Counselling can help parents break unhelpful cycles and build healthier family relationships.

I offer weekly online counselling sessions via Zoom, providing confidential and accessible therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Finding the right therapist is a personal process, and it's important that you feel comfortable. To help you decide, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is just an informal chat where we can discuss what you're looking for and see if we're the right fit to work together.  If you are interested, you’re welcome to email me so we can arrange a mutually convenient day and time for that call.
