About me
As a fully trained Integrative counsellor, my working style is flexible and will draw on a range of therapeutic approaches that best suit your unique situation and needs. As we work together, I will offer you a safe, caring and non-judgmental space in which to explore any challenges you may be facing.
Our therapeutic journey will be led by you: there is no need to decide upon how much or little you want to achieve at this point; we will simply start where you are and see where this takes us.
It's natural to have a lot of questions at this stage which is why I offer a no obligation, free phone call so we can get a feel for whether we are the right fit for each other. It is widely accepted that the working relationship between counsellor and client is one of the most important elements of successful therapy.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
