About me
I am an experienced Creative Arts Therapist, integrating principles from Gestalt and Person-Centred approaches into my practice.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapeutic work, I specialise in working with neurodiversity, bereavement, low self-esteem, anxiety, work–life balance, trauma, domestic violence, abuse, depression, and identity, among other concerns.
You don’t need to consider yourself “creative” to benefit from creative arts therapy. The creative process simply provides another way of expressing and exploring what may feel difficult to put into words, helping us gently uncover and move through areas that may feel stuck.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a drama and movement therapist in 2014 and as a clinical supervisor in 2019. I’ve worked with clients on a range of needs which includes some of the following; bereavement, depression, anxiety, personal development, identity including exploration of gender, self-harm and neurodiversity.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
