About me

Whatever the reason is that brings you to therapy I am there to support and be alongside you with no judgement for as long as you feel its needed.

I am an experienced creative arts therapist. I hold a warm and supportive space for my clients. Whether you’re looking for short or long term support, I specialise in neurodiversity, bereavement, low self-esteem, anxiety, work/life balance, trauma, domestic violence, abuse, depression, identity as well as other needs. You don’t need to be ‘creative’ to find the space with me supportive, the creative element allows us to uncover and to move through areas for you that might have a stuckness.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a drama and movement therapist in 2014 and as a clinical supervisor in 2019. I’ve worked with clients on a range of needs which includes some of the following; bereavement, depression, anxiety, personal development, identity including exploration of gender, self-harm and neurodiversity.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
