About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience of working within mental health services in a variety of settings with adults and children. I carry out psychological therapy for a wide range of conditions.

I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR trained to work with adults and children.

A compassionate and dedicated therapist who ensures all interventions are person-centred, emphasising self-understanding and growth. Working together collaboratively to bring about new learning and more helpful ways of thinking, behaving and ways of coping.
