About me
I am an experienced, fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering an integrative and flexible approach to therapy.
I understand that reaching out can be difficult, I will support you on your therapeutic journey by offering you a safe and respectful space in which you feel listened to, valued and accepted. Our sessions are about you, I pledge myself to help you discover your unique strengths and potential for self-empowerment. We will work together to create tailored sessions in which you are able to work through your difficulties and progress toward your goals.
I have extensive clinical experience in treating people with a wide range of difficulties and am passionate about working with people from all walks of life.
I offer a free 30 minute phone call/video call for anybody considering therapy, this will give us the opportunity to chat and discuss what you would like to gain through our sessions in as much or little detail as you'd like. This will also allow time for you to ask me any questions you may have and for you to decide if sessions with me would be the right fit for you.
I am currently offering remote sessions and have current availability for new clients.
