About me
Hi, I am Harri and offer different services to meet your needs as an individual. Sessions may be short-term or open ended. Maybe you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, low mood, grief, addiction, toxic relationships or neurodivergent wellbeing challenges. Or perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck by life's challenges or changes. You may be looking to improve your personal or professional life or reassess priorities.
Our work may involve compassionate understanding & healing from past trauma, neglect, or it may be more solution focussed in the here and now. We may focus on getting needs met, or improving self leadership & relationship with self & others.
Having previously combined my work as a clinical massage therapist, I remain curious about how our bodies respond to trauma and how we can better look after ourselves as a whole being. Although I no longer offer clinical massage as part of a treatment plan, I seek to continuously improve and deepen whole system connections. I am interested in working with both our conscious and unconscious worlds and to find healthier ways forward to feeling better.
Sometimes as individuals, we are not sure where to start, so together we will start where you find yourself on the day. Our aim will always be to move towards feeling better. If you would like to explore further, please visit my website & contact me for an introductory chat to see how our working together can help. I look forward to working with you.
