Are you feeling emotionally isolated? Experiencing anxiety, depression or stressed by relationships or other life issues. Come and discuss how I might be able to help. I aim to offer a safe, confidential professional service where we may explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs at your own pace.
Counselling can provide us with a real opportunity to attain a fresh insight and understanding for the events and circumstances that cause us distress in life. As the demands of life have increased in the twenty first century, so has the acceptance of therapy as an alternative approach to address many of lives challenges.
I offer both short and long term counselling. Appointments are available weekdays and weekends, day times and evenings at 90 Friar Lane NG1 6EB (adjacent to the Castle).
