About me

You may have spent much of your life feeling different, misunderstood, disconnected from yourself, or unsure where you fit.

Perhaps you're exploring questions around identity, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, relationships, or a life transition that has left you feeling unsettled. You might find yourself repeating familiar patterns, struggling with self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to shape how you see yourself and relate to others.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist offering therapy in London and online. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, and many of the people I support are exploring identity, neurodivergence, belonging, relationships, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences.

My approach is relational, creative, and collaborative. Together we can explore what has shaped you, what feels difficult now, and what might help you move towards a greater sense of connection, self-acceptance, and choice.

Alongside talking therapy, I can offer creative approaches when helpful. Many people come to therapy because aspects of their experience feel difficult to express in words. Creative methods can provide another way of exploring feelings, memories, and patterns. No artistic experience is needed, and there is never any expectation to use creative materials if you prefer not to.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a primary teacher and spent many years supporting children and families. This experience continues to inform my understanding of development, relationships, difference, and the ways our earlier experiences can shape us throughout adulthood.

I have experience working in NHS, charity, community, and private practice settings, supporting people with a wide range of experiences including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality exploration, grief, and major life changes.

I am committed to providing a warm, affirming, and non-judgemental space where all parts of your experience are welcome.

I offer a free initial conversation so we can think together about whether working together feels right.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Additional information

Sessions take place in a comfortable, quiet and bright room. Once we have had an initial conversation on the phone or via a video call, we can meet for a first session. This session will last for 50 minutes and gives you the opportunity to ask questions, speak about any difficult feelings you may be experiencing and explore why you have come to psychotherapy at this point. You are free to discuss anything which may help you decide whether you would like to go ahead with the therapy.

If you decide to continue with therapy, we will discuss some practicalities, and I will share a basic contract with you. Together, we will agree on a time that works and whether the sessions will be online or in-person. We can also discuss whether you would like the work to be more long-term and open-ended or short-term with a specific focus. Sessions are normally weekly and last 50 minutes. They are charged between £75 and £100 per session.

If you would like any further information, please feel free to get in contact either by email or by phone.
