About me

As a warm, friendly, and fully qualified integrative counsellor, I am dedicated to offering you a safe and strictly non-judgemental space where you can explore and make sense of your current experiences.

Life frequently presents complex challenges that can leave you feeling deeply overwhelmed, isolated, or entirely stuck in your circumstances. Because everyone experiences these hurdles differently, my integrative approach allows me to blend different therapeutic techniques to fit your unique personality and specific goals.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to high professional ethical standards, ensuring that our work together is grounded in safety, confidentiality, and mutual respect.

Whether you are currently living with anxiety, processing a painful loss that maybe due to bereavement, or managing relationship stress, or working through recent or past trauma, I am here to support you through every step of the way.

In our sessions, you are entirely in control of the depth and speed of our conversations, we will always work at your pace to uncover meaningful insights, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and find clear ways forward. Together, we will work to alleviate your immediate distress while building long-term emotional resilience to improve your overall wellbeing.

To make therapy as accessible and convenient as possible, I support adult clients through various options, offering sessions online, on the phone, as well as face-to-face appointments at my practice locations in both Northampton and Olney.

You are welcome to contact me by email, text or phone. I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation, where you are able to decide if you feel we can work together. Finding the person that is right for you is very important. I hope to hear from you soon.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
